Surrogacy in Canada
We get many requests for doing surrogacy in Canada. The internet is full of surrogacy providers in Canada at all kinds of cost points.
In summary, surrogacy is legal in Canada.
However, the issue with doing surrogacy in Canada that only altruistic surrogacy is permitted. This means that you cannot legally pay the surrogate to carry your baby.
All you can legally pay for is to reimburse the amount to the surrogate for the medical costs that were incurred for the surrogacy and transportation costs, etc.
Surrogate mothers in Canada do not get any off-the-pocket payment as in the case with the United States of America.
In addition, agencies like us are not allowed to charge money for the surrogacy process or for screening and providing surrogate matches to the parents. The Canadian government has closed many such agencies leaving the intended parents in trouble.
Surrogacy Cost in Canada: Some agencies use creative billing to pay monies to the surrogate, resulting a cost around $75000 USD. This is a base cost, and it can go up to more if the surrogate does not get pregnant right away in the very first attempt.
Based on these issues with the Canadian Laws and costs, we recommend that Intended Parents look at surrogacy in Ghana, Georgia, and the USA, as the best practical options.

SEMEN SPECIMEN COLLECTION
We send you a special kit to collect a semen specimen in the privacy of your home. This will be sent to a U.S. sperm bank, who will freeze and ship the sperm overseas. You can do this in the comfort of your own home. No need to go overseas.

SELECT AN EGG DONOR FROM OUR ONLINE DATABASE
Log on to our online egg donor database to select a donor. You will have a very wide range of donors to choose from featuring lots of details about each one. These can be used to create embryos in the USA and in India.
We work with numerous IVF Centers in the USA, India and Ghana and will arrange to refer you to an excellent pre-screened center as needed.
Alternatively, we have hundreds of donor available in India and Ghana. An easier approach is for you to send us the photo of the female Intended Parent and we ill send you back five profiles of donors that match, for you to choose from.
Once the donor is selected by you, she goes to the selected IVF Center and the embryo creation process starts.
Surrogates are anonymous and are usually selected for you by the IVF Center. A typical surrogate is in great health, has had at least one baby of her own, and is screen psychologically to qualify as a donor.

PICK UP YOUR BABY IN INDIA or GHANA
We will help you plan a trip to India or Ghana based on your baby's birth location, where after nine months you will pick up your new baby. On arrival, at the Airport you will be met by the local IVF clinic representative who will be available to you throughout the process and your stay, until you return home with your baby.
Bringing your baby home
