As you know having a baby depends on many variables including quality of oocytes, sperm, experience of embryologists, equipment etc. We are facilitators and work with different clinics to make available a wide variety of donors and locations for your convenience.

Our Egg Donors are selected based on specific characteristics (age, ovarian reserve, excellent medical and family/genetic history, etc.) to ensure that egg donation is a successful process. Despite these meticulous considerations, a 100% guarantee for a perfect outcome, whether it be pregnancy or live birth, cannot be assured in every egg donation cycle. Even donors with proven success may yield varying results from one cycle to the next.

We offer top-tier donor egg services to our patients, preserving only mature (MII), morphologically normal-looking eggs for prompt availability. Our aim is to ensure that our frozen donor egg service delivers the desired outcome for you.

Therefore, we are offering various outcome guarantee packages that you may qualify for from us:

Guarantee B – One Good Embryo to transfer.

Our commitment is to ensure the availability of at least one blastocyst for transfer or freezing from the set of six (6) frozen donor eggs acquired through Indian Egg Donors and processed at either one of our Authorized Partner Centers or in our associated Toronto, Los Angeles, or New York area IVF Centers.

If this outcome is not satisfied for the batch of 6 frozen eggs, we will provide a one-time replacement batch of 3 frozen oocytes free of charge (shipping fee excluded).

The prerequisite for receiving this replacement is the transfer of any embryo of sufficient quality, including frozen embryos. It is important to note that Guarantee A does not apply to biopsied and PGT tested blastocyst embryos.

To qualify for this guaranteed option, sperm samples used for donor egg insemination must meet the criteria specified below

Criteria for Sperm Quality Assurance in Our Guarantee Program

Compromised sperm quality can hinder the development of embryos, making stringent sperm quality criteria essential for our guarantee program:

• Collection of semen samples must be through natural ejaculation (excluding specimens obtained through surgical methods like TESE, TESA, PESA, MESA).
• A minimum of 5 million total motile sperm with a standard sperm morphology rate (>4% normal forms, according to WHO 5th edition guidelines).
• Utilization of ICSI technique for the insemination of the frozen eggs. Eligibility for our guarantee program requires submission of a recent Semen Analysis report (inclusive of detailed morphology examination) conducted no more than six months before the application date.

Our Guarantee Program is only applicable within our network of affiliated labs, known as Authorized Partnership Centers. For information regarding this collaboration and eligibility for a replacement in the event that the initial attempt with a batch of frozen donor eggs does not produce the anticipated results, please contact our program coordinators. Written notification is required to initiate the replacement procedure.

In case the sperm quality level that is used for oocyte fertilization is lower than 5 million TMC and/or 3% of normal morphology, compensation is applicable only by Guarantee A

A copy of the embryology report must be submitted to ensure proper protocols were followed.

• Fertilization of all received after thawing oocytes is a prerequisite.
• The KITAZATO warming protocol was followed
• The oocytes were transported as per recommendations of ASRM and not damaged or destroyed during the transportation cycle
